1. Scope & Services
FrauHau provides corporate law, employment law, and intellectual property consulting services in Germany. All services are rendered in accordance with German law and professional standards.
2. Engagement & Fees
Engagement requires written confirmation. Fees are quoted per matter or hourly rate as agreed. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.
3. Limitation of Liability
FrauHau's liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
4. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential and protected under attorney-client privilege and GDPR regulations. We do not share client data without explicit consent.
5. Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for service delivery and legal compliance. Clients have the right to access, correct, or delete their data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Outstanding fees remain due.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in competent German courts.
8. Changes
FrauHau reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication.
