Is the initial consultation free?

Yes. We offer an initial exchange at no charge to understand your matter, assess fit, and outline what working with FrauHau would involve. If we’re not the right firm for your situation, we’ll tell you directly and suggest appropriate alternatives.

How does billing work?

We offer hourly billing and fixed-fee arrangements depending on the scope of the matter. For clearly defined projects — such as contract drafting or trademark filing — a fixed fee is usually available. Every engagement begins with a written cost estimate. No surprises.

Do you advise international businesses entering Germany?

Yes — this is a core part of what we do. We regularly advise foreign companies on German market entry, including entity selection, regulatory compliance, employment structuring, and IP registration. Consultations are available in both German and English.
